1. Overview At Atomic September, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly from their warehouses, our return and refund process reflects those supplier constraints.

2. Eligibility for Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Not a final sale or clearance item

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Refunds Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item

6. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

7. Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the supplier and carrier. Refunds or replacements for lost orders are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
